17690661_10212833837508564_763989360_nAlison Williams is the Instructor for the JT’s at Rainworth Village Hall and Bilsthorpe Miners Welfare Club.

I am a retired policewoman and I started training in WTF Taekwon-Do to First Degree in 1990. After some time away I joined Heart Of England ITF in 2006 and am now a 3rd Degree Black Belt in ITF Taekwon-Do.
I competed at the 2010 World Championships in Korea, where I won two Silver Medals in patterns and sparring (unfortunately I was injured in the sparring final), which forced me to retire from competing. However this lead to refereeing at the World Championships in London and opening my clubs at Rainworth and Bilsthorpe for junior Taekwon-Do students. Where my son Pip Williams (1st degree) is my assistant instructor and we specialise in JT training

My JT students also have the opportunity to move to the adult classes in Rainsworth and Bilsthorpe, training with Mr Chris Randall and Mr Steven Fitch when they reach the age of 7.
