Heart of England-ITF World Championship Team

Well done to all the Heart of England Students who travelled to Korea.

A fantastic achievement by all. Results will be posted shortly.

Congratulations to Kimberley Bradshaw on her successful grading to 4th Degree -

does it get any better - World Champion and 4th degree all in the same week

and both in Korea - the home of Taekwon-do. Well Done Ma'am!!!

Tesco's Vouchers

Thanks to everyone for all your efforts in collecting these. We are in the process of banking those already collected. We will not be able to accept any more for this year but please remember us next year when Tesco's re-launch this promotion.

Bag Packing Session 2010

Fundraising Event

Our thanks to everyone who took time out of their day today to come and help at the Bag Pack which raised another £541 towards the Korea Funds. It was great to see the younger members of Heart of England working so hard and behaving so well. They all did us proud on the day.

Thanks also to the parents who brought them along and stayed to help out.

Heart of England Fight Night 22nd May

This event was a massive success raising £2,200.00 and was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. The Heart of England World Championship Competitors and Organisers would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported this event including Darren Kissane and his staff at Oak Tree Leisure Centre who set everything up and provided an excellent venue for the evening. Thanks to all those students who competed on the night and without whom there would have been no Fight Night. You all competed in the true spirit of Martial Arts and your behaviour a credit to you all. The fighting was truly World Class. Thank you finally to those who provided the demonstrations of both Taekwon-do and Gymnastics. They were all excellent and made the evening complete.
